The St Gens quarry, located in the district of Le Beaucet, in south of France near Avignon, has been existing since 1979. The right to run it, first granted for 10 years, was renewed twice, in 1989 and 1999, and was finally granted for 30 years.

The quality of the rock extracted from the St Gens quarry can be used for different works such as paving, or the creation of paved bends around swimming-pools, mantelpieces, archways, pillars, colonnades… It can also be used to build bigger rock works, such as fountains, or to restore old existing buildings, or to achieve huge works such as churches….
